MIPCOM 2013 LINE-UP

TrustNordisk comes to this year’s MIPCOM with four themes, focusing on strong genres and contemporary classics.

Romantic comedies – featuring LOVE AND LEMONS, who’s been selected for this year’s San Sebastian. Suspense – featuring political drama THE EXECUTIONER, a mini-series, which is celebrating its international premiere at MIPCOM. Classic animation – featuring the TV-series ALFIE ATKINS, which is to screen at MIPJUNIOR. Special showcase – featuring CLOWN, awardwinning and record-breaking tv-series sitcom and feature film, offering sharp satire comedy.

LOVE AND LEMONS tells the story about the chef Agnes who one day gets fired from her job and dumped by her boyfriend. When a friend asks Agnes if she would like to be part owner in a new restaurant, she accepts. But as the customers fail to appear, Agnes must risk everything to find success in both career and romance.

Based on the successful novel by author Kajsa Ingemarsson.
