Swiss distributor Frenetic Films has acquired the rights to the Icelandic thriller BLACK'S GAME, which started official presales in Toronto International Film Festival. Resembling the PUSHER-trilogy (1996-2005), the fast-paced BLACK'S GAME has Nicolas Winding Refn (DRIVE, 2011) and Chris Briggs (Eli Roth´s HOSTEL, 2005) as executive producers.
TrustNordisk reports of great interest in the shakenly confrontational account of real events taking place in the 90's and expects to close further deals in the nearest future. Prior to Toronto UK distributor Entertainment One came aboard. TrustNordisk started official presales in Toronto.
