Noma My Perfect Storm, the culinary documentary from director Pierre Deschamps about Danish chef Rene Redzepi, has closed sales deals for multiple territories in Europe and Asia.

German distributor NFP has picked up Noma for Germany and Austria, September Film Rights has acquired the title in Benelux, and Atnine Film has taken rights for South Korea. TrustNordisk, which is handling sales for the title internationally, previously closed a deal with Longride Inc. for Japan just before it brought the film to the Cannes market.

The feature documentary follows the struggle of Redzepi, who was initially rejected by his peers but finally triumphed and now runs the two Michelin star restaurant Noma in Copenhagen. Noma has been named the world's best restaurant four times, including in 2014. Redzepi is acclaimed for his food lab, where he continually researches new tastes and ingredients.

Noma My Perfect Storm is produced by Etta Thompson Deschamps for Documentree Films in collaboration with Red Rental, Good Rolling Films, Blenkov & Schonnemann Pictures and the Oresund Film Commission.
